World Mental Health Day is a day of reflection on the significance of mental wellbeing. At SheShed, we are strong advocates of taking care of your mental health by creating a peaceful sanctuary for yourself right in your backyard. Our customers have discovered that building a SheShed can be a powerful way to focus on their mental health and even nourish it by using it as their very own therapy room, fitness studio, art room, sewing and craft area and even a relaxing library. Our SheShed Cabins have even been transformed into therapy businesses, where customers have found a safe and comfortable space to work with their clients. The possibilities are endless and unique to everyone’s needs, and we are proud to be part of the many journeys that we have been involved with so far.
Unfortunately, at the moment, the norm for many is to be constantly on the go – there are often way too many activities to do on top of work, deadlines and family commitments. This is where it is essential to take the time to prioritize our mental health. SheShed Cabins provide a physical space where you can retreat, reflect, and recharge your mind and body.
