SheShed cabins come with 19–20mm thick timber roof boards and asphalt shingles, offering a combined R-value of approximately 1.84, providing more insulation than tin or metal roofs. Upgrading to a Roof Insulation Kit boosts your roof’s insulation to around R 3.6, enhancing the thermal efficiency of your cabin.
