The Homestead 12 takes our ever-popular Cabana cabin (3m x 4m) and adds even more versatility. Designed to offer both indoor comfort and outdoor living the Homestead 12 cabin features an extended roof canopy to the long side, creating the perfect covered area for a protected entry, entertaining, or simply enjoying the outdoors.
Built with the same timeless SheShed design, the Homestead 12 comes complete with a treated timber kit, a 5-rib steel roof with insulation blanket, double glazed top hung window and double glazed French double doors.
Whether you want extra space for a home office, creative space, or guest area, the Homestead 12 offers the bonus of extra sheltered space, making it an ideal choice for those wanting both comfort and flexibility in their backyard cabin. Please note that decking is not included.

Our steel sub base with merbau decking kits are made to measure for each cabin type, ensuring a perfect fit every time. The steel sub frame component of this kit simply bolts together, with the timber decking component requiring cutting to size and screwing in place.
