Referral offer FAQ's
Any current or past SheShed customer can refer a friend - you just need to have purchased a SheShed yourself.
No limit - refer as many friends as you like, and earn $300 for every successful referral.
Your friend's $300 voucher can be applied toward their SheShed purchase as soon as they sign up and include your name. You'll receive your $300 Visa or Mastercard gift card once their order has shipped.
Your $300 voucher credit will be emailed or applied to your sales order once your friend's referral is confirmed and you are ready to order your SheShed cabin.
Your reward is valid for 12 months from the date it's issued.
Referral rewards can be combined with other site-wide promotions or sale pricing.
If an order is cancelled or returned, the referral reward won't be issued (or will be reversed if it's already been paid out).
Referrals apply to new customers only - if your friend has already started a quote with our team, they won't be eligible.
Each new customer can only be referred and rewarded once.
SheShed “Share The Love” Referral Program — Terms & Conditions
1. The Program
The “Share The Love” referral program (the “Program”) allows existing SheShed customers (“Referrers”) to refer friends or family members (“Referred Customers”) to purchase a SheShed cabin.
2. Rewards
2.1 The Referred Customer will receive $300 off their SheShed order, applied as a credit to their invoice at the time of payment.
2.2 The Referrer will receive $300 via direct bank transfer to a verified bank account, once the Referred Customer’s order has been dispatched.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Referrer must be an existing SheShed customer at the time of the referral.
3.2 The Referred Customer must be a new SheShed customer.
4. Multiple Referrals
4.1 A Referrer may refer an unlimited number of Referred Customers, and there is no limit to the number of times a Referrer may receive the $300 reward, provided each reward relates to a separate, successful referral.
4.2 Only one referral offer may be applied per order. Referral offers cannot be combined or stacked on a single order.
5. Reward Validity
5.1 Referral rewards are valid for 12 months from the date the referral is verified by SheShed.
5.2 Rewards not claimed or applied within this period will expire.
6. Combining with Other Offers
6.1 Referral rewards may be combined with other current SheShed offers or promotions.
7. Verification & Payment
7.1 SheShed will verify the Referrer’s status as an existing customer before any reward is issued.
7.2 The Referrer is responsible for providing accurate and verified bank account details. SheShed is not liable for delays or failed payments resulting from incorrect details supplied by the Referrer.
8. General
8.1 SheShed reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the Program at any time without notice.
8.2 SheShed reserves the right to withhold or reclaim rewards where fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Program is suspected (including self-referral or use of fake accounts).
8.3 Rewards have no cash value beyond the stated amount and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash except as set out in these terms.
8.4 Participation in this Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
