Amazing customer service throughout the entire process, from considering the product (we chose the Star Cabin), to the custom design, to the delivery and follow up, we have had a great experience with all we've interacted with at SheShedz. Love my Star Cabin SheShed (we've named it GShed). Perfect size for my personal studio and chilling out space - no Council approval was required. The rest of the family are envious. I built it myself over three weekends, and the instructions - both the booklet and videos - provided the necessary information. The building instructions and accompanying videos were clear and highly informative. The materials provided are generally of good quality; however, as pine wood was used, some minor bending and twisting occurred, which was anticipated. Packaging could be improved, as the door glass arrived cracked due to insufficient protection when placed at the top of the package. Nonetheless, the SheShed staff responded promptly and arranged for replacement parts, for which we are sincerely appreciative. I have recently had the joy of purchasing and building the Coastal Cabin through She Shed Australia. The whole process was a great experience. In particular I want to thank Elizabeth Ross (Lizzie) for an amazing level of customer service. From the first phone call until the completion of the project Lizzie provided tremendous support through exceptional knowledge of the product, promptness of service, absolute professionalism and a can do attitude that is so rare today. She showed great patience, courtesy and friendliness and not one did she come across as "hard sell" Truly her focus was on ensuring that the client felt supported throughout. As for the product itself, I am delighted. Everything was supplied well packaged, in good order, complete, and most importantly delivered on time. Every piece fitted perfectly, the step by step building manual along with the video made assembly a breeze and the quality is also exceptional. it took us two days to build and another two days to seal & paint. Just need to sort gutters, steps a few smaller details to finish. I would recommend She Shed to anyone wanting to invest in a quality product at a very reasonable price.
