Amazing customer service throughout the entire process, from considering the product (we chose the Star Cabin), to the custom design, to the delivery and follow up, we have had a great experience with all we've interacted with at SheShedz. Instructions were clear and if we had any questions, customer service were very knowledgeable and helpful. So happy with our little cabin!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We purchased 2 She Sheds for our back yard to be used as a Multi Purpose space for our Duplex Apartments. We are thrilled with the result and the ease of construction and service we received from the entire team at She Sheds. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Love my Star Cabin SheShed (we've named it GShed). Perfect size for my personal studio and chilling out space - no Council approval was required. The rest of the family are envious. I built it myself over three weekends, and the instructions - both the booklet and videos - provided the necessary information. Mostly straight forward self build with the roof being the most difficult part. I built a veranda and steps with left over timber. 11/10.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The building instructions and accompanying videos were clear and highly informative. The materials provided are generally of good quality; however, as pine wood was used, some minor bending and twisting occurred, which was anticipated. Packaging could be improved, as the door glass arrived cracked due to insufficient protection when placed at the top of the package.
Nonetheless, the SheShed staff responded promptly and arranged for replacement parts, for which we are sincerely appreciative. Overall, we are very satisfied with SheShed's service and customer support.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My daughter and I embarked on a project to build a shed as her art studio. We looked at lots of options and decided on SheShed. They were very helpful with detailed pre-planning and build instructions. The end result is lovely! Thanks SheShed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have recently had the joy of purchasing and building the Coastal Cabin through She Shed Australia. The whole process was a great experience. In particular I want to thank Elizabeth Ross (Lizzie) for an amazing level of customer service. From the first phone call until the completion of the project Lizzie provided tremendous support through exceptional knowledge of the product, promptness of service, absolute professionalism and a can do attitude that is so rare today. She showed great patience, courtesy and friendliness and not one did she come across as "hard sell" Truly her focus was on ensuring that the client felt supported throughout.
As for the product itself, I am delighted. Everything was supplied well packaged, in good order, complete, and most importantly delivered on time. Every piece fitted perfectly, the step by step building manual along with the video made assembly a breeze and the quality is also exceptional.
it took us two days to build and another two days to seal & paint. Just need to sort gutters, steps a few smaller details to finish.
I would recommend She Shed to anyone wanting to invest in a quality product at a very reasonable price.
Will send through a photo on completion.
