The Lake Cabin gives you 29m² of space to spread out, and it's the one with a room of its own. A separate internal room with a solid door can go on any internal wall, so you can set aside a quiet corner for storage, split your space into zones, or create a private spot that's just yours. A treated timber flatpack that suits a home office, art studio or guest retreat. Decking is not included.

Every Lake Cabin comes with modern double doors, a solid timber door for the internal room (which can also be used externally if properly painted), two fixed vented windows, and two PE44 casement windows — all treated timber, H++ double glazed with argon gas fill — plus asphalt roofing tiles and all the hardware you need to assemble it. The timber is PEFC-certified, sustainably sourced Nordic Spruce, kiln-dried and treated to an H3 level. You’ll also get comprehensive build instructions and phone/email support while you build. Note: decking isn’t included.
Yes — the Lake Cabin’s timber is kiln-dried and treated to an H3 level throughout, including doors and windows, to resist warping, mould, and termite damage. It will still need to be properly painted for protection from sun and weather.

At 29m² — nearly 10m² bigger than the Brook River — the Lake Cabin is our largest model, and the only one with a separate internal room and solid door. That makes it ideal for distinct zones in one build: a studio with a private storage room, a guest space with a separate office, or any setup where you want division without building two structures.
